It was a huge privilege to begin my career with the responsibility of developing and managing social content for the largest bank in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
We reimagined the visuals and tone of voice to a cleaner and simpler outlook in defiance against the oft convoluted and jargon-filled financial talk. We leveraged moments of life to get DBS into consumers' consciousness with relevance, and played up DBS' credentials as the world's best digital bank by demonstrating how its superior products ensure they could live more, and bank less - and ensured DBS laid claim to the cashless movement.
